Born in Los Angeles, CA Tia has embraced life in the Southeast region of America and forged forward efficiently and effectively, to embrace all those she comes in contact with. She is married to Rev. Dr. Rodney D. Smith and they are blessed by God to be the parents of three beautiful, intelligent and loving children, Rosie, Royal, and Rodney.
